Quaker Motif & Medallion Sampler found in Waynesville Ohio.  Silk threads on fine linen gauze.  Note the "W" basket center top just below "Emblem of Innocence".  "W" baskets can stand for Westtown School or in this case, possibly Waynesville (OH) School.  The motif was used later in other samplers.
